FINAL NUMBERS

Final numbers are required 48 hours prior to your booking.

 

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION

We require credit card details to confirm. Your card will not be charged in advance and is only used in the event of a no show or cancellation less than 48 hours before the date of your booking. After this time there is a cancellation fee of $25 per person may apply. We offer pre-payment as an option. Full payment is required at the conclusion of your booking.

 

SURCHARGES

0.5% Debit card, 1% credit card, AMEX & JCB, 1.6% Diners, 1.5% Unionpay credit, 0.8% Unionpay debit surcharges apply. 10% Surcharge applies on Sundays & 15% surcharge applies on public holidays

For groups of 30 and above, we add an 8% service charge to the bill, which goes directly to the team. Please be aware this is totally discretionary and you have the option for this to be removed from the bill at the time of payment.

 

FOOD & BEVERAGE

Menus are subject to seasonal changes. Final selections for food are required 48 hours prior to your booking.

 

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

Dietary requirements for all guests are required 48 hours prior to your booking. Dietary requirements can be catered for. Our menu contains many food allergens and intolerances.

All food items are prepared in the same kitchen handling ingredients made from the main food allergens and intolerances. Purchased ingredients also contain food allergens and intolerances.

Whilst all reasonable efforts are taken to accommodate individual guest’s dietary needs, we cannot guarantee our food will be 100% allergen or intolerance free. Selected dishes can be prepared without the addition of selected ingredients; however, we cannot guarantee that traces will not remain.

Please do not hesitate to alert one of our wait staff with your specific dietary requirements.

 

FURNITURE & DECORATIONS

Table layouts are per standard restaurant configuration. Please keep this in mind when allocating guests to tables. You are welcome to bring some small table decorations. We allow balloons, but glitter & confetti will not be permitted in the venue. Please keep in mind that with menus designed to share, we do require space on the table for food and beverage service.

Manly Wharf Bar is a family-friendly venue, please note that decorations deemed offensive or innapropriate will not be permitted. Any damage to the property caused by decorations will be charged at the guests expense.

 

MUSIC & DJ’s

House music is played through our speakers. Venue retains control of volume at all times due to nature of venue and surrounding venues. Should you wish to have external AV please contact our reservations team.
